Here are some empties that I used up from Janurary to mid Feburary

 Herbal Essences: Totally Twisted Curl Defining Mousse

Thoughts: I LOVE this stuff! Managing curly hair is hard to do and I find this mousse works really well! It makes my curls defined and really cute and cuts down on the frizz, and it smells really really nice!

Frizz-Ease: Smooth Start Hydrating Conditioner

Thoughts: This conditioner is on the pricer side. It works really well, I noticed that my hair seemed more hydrtated after I used it, and it worked well in cutting down on the frizz. My hair has been really dry lately.

Yes to Grapefruit: Daily Facial Scrub

Thoughts: I din't really like this facial scrub that much. Good thing it was a small trial size that was only a $1. I find that as a scrub it is decent, but it doesn't really do much to cleanse the face.

Bath & Body Works: Country Chic Shower Gel

Thoughts: This is one of my most favorite scents EVER! Not to mention I love the repackaging since sunflowers are my favorite type of flower :) I love every single one of their products and I have no complaints about their shower gels.

Sexy Hair Soy Tri-Wheat Leave In Conditioner

Thoughts: LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. These are the tiny version because during the holiday season (December) Ulta had these in the 5 for $10 section and I had a $5 off coupon so essentially I got 5 of these for a $1 :) These work wonders for my hair, escpecially  because my hair is really dry sometimes :( I like to use these sparingly to detangile my hair.

Vidal Sassoon Color Infinity SHADE INTEGRITY Shampoo & Conditioner

Thoughts: I like to color my hair sometimes and I usually buy a shampoo and conditioner that is specially formulated to protect colored hair and to try and make it last longer. I felt that this did a really good job in protecting the color as well as keep my hair hydrated and not like straw like texture.

Assured Shower Bath Chamomile Body Powder

Thoughts: This is found at the Dollar Tree. I HATE sweating! I don't really smell when I sweat but I hate that sticky feeling that I get when I sweat. I use power every day in order to prevent sweat and that uncomfortable feeling. I have gone through many a bottle of body powder. This smell is fresh and nice. I put powder on right after I dry off from my shower, in-between my legs and my chest area.

Beauty Blogger Hype

I'll admit I watch Youtube videos about make-up reviews, tutorials, empties videos, etc. I'll admit that sometimes watching those videos makes me want to get out of my house and buy all of Ulta..but I have some self control so I don't. I feel like we get suckered into buying products because we are addicted to the beauty blogger hype on youtube and instagram. I am not saying we shouldn't watch these youtube videos, but I am saying we shouldn't be suckered into buying products. I love youtube because when I really want to buy a product I can find many reviews and different opinions and more importantly try and find a review that matches my skin tone before I buy anything.

No Makeup

When I say no make up here, I literally mean NO MAKEUP!
It is okay to not wear make-up some of the time. I don't wear make-up when I am working out, playing sports (indoors or outdoors), or when I am having a relaxing day at home. I feel like now we have the "no make-up makeup" look when really we shouldn't be wearing anything at all. Believe me I understand the love of makeup but sometimes there really is no need to wear it, especially when you are going to sweat it off. Just remember you define your own self-worth, NOT society. You are beautiful inside as well as out.

Root Canal :'(

So today I had my first root canal :'( and it hurt!!! Got to say I have never wanted to donate my blood before but I'd rather have donated my blood than gone through the 4 hour appointment I just got done with. After all the shots to numb my mouth, it wasn't bad but when they gave me the shot on the roof of my mouth…tears came streaming out of my eyes. It was a little embarrassing but I just don't do well with any type of pain.

Simple Rose Gold eye look

Hey guys,

Here is a simple rose gold eye look. It is kinda hard to tell the exact shades on my eyelid but I'll try and take better pictures next time. I'll post the products later during the weekend with hopefully better pictures of the look.

-"Croissant"in the crease (blended really well..this is where we get the most rose gold look from)

Rimmel Scandalous eye pencil in 001 Black (so awesome! I love this eyeliner)

Revlon Photoready 003 Neutral

My thoughts:
I pretty much love all the products in the photoready collection. I have two of these trios but this one is my favorite. It comes with a bronzer, blush, and highlight shade. I mostly use the bronzer shade, which you could tell from the swatch pictures, I have hit some serious pan. It doesn't make my skin look powdery or flakey, it brings a natural bronze look to my face which is nice when I feel really pale during the winter. It was my go to bronzer and I am sad I have used that shade all up!

Note: I use this bronzer when I have a medium (pale) skin tone during the winter months.

Revlon Photoready 003 Neutral

Hey guys,

So I fgured before I use up the bronzer portion of this little trio I would show you some swatches. Keep in mind these photos where taken during my pale days of winter. This color of bonzer obviously not work on my skin tone now becuase I have tanned thanks to some good weather over spring break!

 Here it is a little hard to see but the bronzer is above the shiny highlight shade that also comes in the trio.

 This is what the bronzer looks like on my finger after I take a few swipes across the pan.

I will give my thoughts in a seperate post :)

Nails Nails Nails_Update

Alright here are some pictures of my nails :)

See the nails are super cute!

Tiny sidenote: since these nails are the child sized nails they are going to be really short! But if you can handle them being practically the same length as your natural nail, I say go for it! If you tend to have a larger nail size these child sized nails will probably not fit you.

Nails Nails Nails

So I am all about having my nails done all the time. However, getting them done professionally all the time takes a lot of money. Instead I like to save special occasions for when I go to a nail salon. I like to shop around Walgreens, Target, and Walmart for cute fake nails. But hey let's not forget the Dollar Tree guys! Sometimes I find the cutest nails there and they are only a dollar!!!

Keep this in mind, both of these sets are kid sized so you need to have some pretty small nails, and be prepared to buy more than 1 set of each or mix and match because it is most likely you will have complications on fit.

Physicians Formula

GO AND GET YOU SOME!!!
There is an entire section of Physicians Formula cosmetics at the dollar tree!!! Go and try these products out! Their company has some great cosmetics that are designed for sensitive skin and even some of these products are designated as Organic. I am trying to get all the blushes because: blushes = weakness.
